What is Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority

The Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) is an independent agency of the Abu Dhabi Government, established through Law (14) of 2008 under the authority of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi. The Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority replaces the Abu Dhabi Audit Authority.​

What are the objectives of ADAA

The objectives of ADAA are stated in Article four of the Law which is as follows: 1. Ensure that Subject Entities’ resources and funds are managed, collected and expended efficiently, effectively and economically. 2. Ensure accuracy of the Financial Reports and compliance of the Subject Entities’ with the relevant laws, rules and regulations and governance guidelines as outlined in this Law. 3. Promote accountability and transparency principles at the Subject Entities. ​

The objectives of ADAA are stated in Article four of the Law which is as follows

Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority established the “ADAA” Training Center which is a dedicated state of the art learning facility for UAE Nationals with the aim of equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in today’s business environment, to train and develop UAE Nationals in the audit and accounting profession to become future leaders. Does ADAA help train UAE Nationals who want to do their CPA

Of course, in addition to helping prepare for the CPA exam, an individual can do the test in Abu Dhabi and no longer is required to travel to the USA. The exam hosted by Abu Dhabi this 2011 is the first-ever CPA exam conducted outside the United States with the same questions and materials, and also of the same format as that given in the USA.
